Blue Seas Old Town a Gay Resort 
66 rooms, 7 floors, all-suite resort located on Los Muertos Beach. Swimming pool, restaurant and bar, room service, and palapas and lounge chairs on the beach. Blue Seas includes three linked buildings that descend from mountain to ocean with mountain/city views to partial or full ocean views.
All suites have kitchen facilities (with stoves, ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, garbage disposals, and microwaves), cable TV, VCRs, washers and dryers, and safes. The hotel is transitioning into a gay resort from a previous timeshare operation and that has caused some ruffled feathers.

For all of those heading to Puerto Vallarta. DO NOT stay at The Blue Seas "Resort and Spa". We purchased a week last year and were excited to be stayong for the first time in our beautiful room over looking the water. When we arrived they put us in a room facing the street, broken floor tiles and ripped towels. We ...spent 6 days trying to speak with someone from their member services department (it doesn't exist) or a sales person (they have not been on sight for 3 months) but no one has returned a call, offered compensation or even attempted to mamke us whole. It has been a terrible and expensive experience.
