Hooters announced the opening of their second Vallarta location, Hooters Penninsula in the hotel zone at Boulevard Francisco Medina Ascencio no. 2485. Just what Vallarta needs, another Hooters to join the one on the Malecon.

We went to the new Hooters in the Peninsula because we expected to be able to eat and watch American NCAA football Bowl games. Unfortunately we were told that they had changed their satellite system and could no longer get them. We left and looked for another place to watch football and to eat
Why is that?
