I now do private chef and catering events in Puerto Vallarta. Yesteday I co-hosted an incredible Inauguration Party to celebrate Obama with a friend and client at Molina de Agua. I also do a monthly dinner which sold out in 1 day this month which is focused on French cuisine. It is held a a private house in Alta Vista.
